Turkish Security Forces Kill Two PKK Militants

The Turkish security forces killed two PKK militants in the southeastern province of Mardin, the governor's office said.
They were killed in Nusaybin district on Tuesday, according to a statement, cited by state-run Anadolu Agency. The security forces also seized material from nearby shelters and destroyed explosives.
Nusaybin lies on the Syrian border and has been the focus of several counter-terrorism operations since the PKK resumed its decades-old armed campaign in July 2015. The governor's office also declared curfews in several districts until further notice.
