Afghanistan's Taliban movement denied any possible unity with the terrorist group of Daesh.
Taliban Spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid balked at media reports in this respect as trying to justify the US forces presence in Afghanistan, according to Russia Today news channel.
The Taliban spokesperson said such rumors is part of a negative propaganda campaign against Taliban.
He referred to the Daesh Takfirist ideology, adding that unity with a group which allows killing innocent and defenseless Muslims is "impossible."
He further said that the Taliban leader gave orders to fight Daesh and strictly prevent its activities.
