Seoul - MENA
The South Korean and US defense chiefs agreed on the importance of sharing military information with Japan to better respond to North Korea's nuclear and missile threats, Kyodo reported on Friday.
South Korean Defense Minister Han Min Koo made the remarks after a meeting with visiting US Defense Secretary Ashton Carter.
"We also shared the same view the three countries need to further closely cooperate for global peace and stability," Han told journalists in a joint news conference.
