Inspector General of the Frontier Corps Major General Sher Afgan blamed India for terror activities in Pakistan, saying it backs Balochistan’s banned outfits to foment terror in the country.
“India is behind terror activities in Pakistan and it uses Balochistan as a key route to fuel terrorism in the country,” he said during his visit to district Naushki on Friday.
Pakistan’s prosperity passes through Balochistan because God has blessed it with numerous natural resources, he said. But elements sitting abroad are luring the people of the province for their vicious ambitions, he added.
The neighboring country, he said, supports various outlawed organizations like Balochistan Liberation Army, Baloch Republican Army and Balochistan Liberation Front.
“Militants have only two options now,” he categorically said: “Either they surrender or get ready to face death. There is no third option for them", he added.
