One Israeli soldier was killed and another injured on Thursday in a car-ramming attack in the West Bank city of Ramallah.

According to Hebrew websites, two Israeli youths were hit by a car near Ofra settlement in the northern West Bank. One was declared dead and the other was lightly injured in the incident.
