A number of Israeli settlers stormed the holy Mosque of Al Aqsa from Al Magharba Gate Wednesday.

The settlers stormed the mosque amid tight security by Israeli special units.

Six elements of the Israeli intelligence broke into the mosque with their personal pistols and toured the halls of the mosque, local Palestinian sources said.

Worshipers and a number of students countered the attack by the settlers and their provocative tour, the sources added.
