Israel approved structural plans for 122 settlements in six months

Chairman of the Palestinian Authority Committee Against the Wall and Settlements Walid Assaf said Sunday Israel approved plans to establish 1,700 settlements since the beginning of the current year until now.

Assaf explained in statements to "Voice of Palestine" Radio that Israel seeks to build more settlements by allowing settlers to build and then abandon these settlements.

He underlined that the Israeli government approved structural plans for 122 settlements in the past six months, which means occupying more Palestinian territories, adding that Israel plans to seize more territories in Al Quds and Al Khalil cities.
