Iranian Defense Ministry launched a production line of a long-range anti-ship cruise missile on Saturday.
"We are witnessing inauguration of the production line and delivery of the efficient and strategic missile after accomplishing research, building models, successful flight tests and unveiling Qadir naval missile," Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan told reporters on sidelines of the event.
He said the 300-kilometer-range cruise missile has a swift reaction and can flight at low altitude with high destructive power.
This missile, added Dehghan, would boost the combat power of the armed forces in air, sea and ground.
