IOF storms and besieges Huwara town in Nablus

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) on Monday morning raided and cordoned off Huwara town, south of Nablus, after a bus boarded by Jewish settlers went on fire last night in a Molotov cocktail attack.

According to the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in the city, the bus burst into flames after it was attacked with Molotov bombs as it was traveling on the main road inside Huwara town.

Consequently, a large number of Israeli troops in the morning stormed and besieged the town, closed all its stores, and blocked its main road.

They also occupied the rooftops of several homes and confiscated all video recordings of security cameras in the town. In a separate incident, the IOF closed last night Beit Furik checkpoint and obstructed the movement of vehicles between the towns and village of east Nablus.
