Hundreds of Jewish settlers stormed Thursday into Joseph's Tomb in northern Nablus in the West Bank under the pretext of performing their religious rituals.

The settlers were guarded by Israeli forces. 

Fierce clashes broke out in the surroundings of Joseph’s Tomb.

The Israeli soldiers fired rubber bullets, flashbangs and tear gas bombs to scatter scores of Palestinian youth, who threw stones and empty bottles at them.
