Israeli settlers Saturday attacked and wounded four Palestinians who were picking olives in the Ramallah-area village of Janieh, according to local and medical sources.
Palestinians said settlers from the settlement of Talmon, built on expropriated Janieh village land, attacked the farmers who were attending to their olive trees, according to WAFA News Agency.
Red Crescent sources said four people were injured between moderate and serious when settlers assaulted them as they were picking olives.
Meanwhile, the Israeli forces detained two Palestinians from southern Hebron while they were passing by a military checkpoint southeastern Al Quds.
