Minister of Trade and Industry Monir Fakhry Abdel Nour said the recent decision by Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab on forming the council of operating the Egyptian trade network was part of measures taken by the government to develop services.

In a statement on Wednesday, the minister said the formation of the council will also facilitate the measures of imports and exports at ports and customs points.

Abdel Nour said the government was keen on the participation of the business sector in the society's efforts to achieve development and strengthen Egypt's position on the world investment and trade map.
