Minister of Transitional Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Ibrahim el Heneidi has said the economic group of ministers has agreed under Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab to amend the investment law.
They agreed to put together the amendment of the investment law forwarded by the Legislative Reform Committee and the investment ministry amendment of Law No. 8/1997.
The investment ministry will prepare a final version of the two drafts and forward it to the cabinet.
The draft law will be presented to the cabinet on Sunday to take its course.
