Aden - BNA
The Yemeni government has paid tribute to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates for announcing an additional financial assistance of $500 million to help fill the humanitarian need gap in Yemen.
In a press statement published by the state-run Yemeni news agency, the Prime Minister Mueen Abdulmalik Saeed underscored the importance of this initiative that, he said, would benefit more than 12 million people in all parts of the country, including the most affected, children suffering from malnutrition, minors, school boys and girls, women, the elderly and patients.
He said that this supply comes as an extension of the support provided by the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen.
