The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) warned of exploiting its name in promoting for "Life Park" residential project in Sheikh Zayed. 

It also affirmed that it is not responsible of all advertisements that are published through the various media outlets regarding booking residential units at this project. 

The authority is not responsible of any dealings in this project, which is located outside the boundaries of Sheikh Zayed City, said Supervisor of NUCA's Real-Estate and Commercial Affairs Tarek el Sebaai.
