The Minister of Labor Administrative Reform and Human Resources Development, Bahar Idris Abu-Garda, has directed the Establishment to issue a detailed circular  to all ministries and governmental nstitutions and units on application of the Republican Decision (508) that was issued on September 15 .

The decision included stopping any extension or retaining of retired employees after reaching the retiremen age and also halting any contracting with those who completed legal retirement age, without giving exception, excluding through a decision from the President of the Republic and for the universities lecturers at higher education institutions and researchers at the research centers.

Abu-Garda said that his ministry knows well its responsibilities toward implementation of this republican decision and will aply it for reform the new government.
