Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel and his Iraqi counterpart, Ibrahim El Djaafari, stressed Tuesday, in Cairo, Egypt, the "depth of the historical relations between the two brotherly countries," the ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
