Lebanese Foreign Minister in the caretaker government, Adnan Mansour, stressed that the way the Arab League dealt with the situation in Syria has made it part of the crisis, asserting that who is part of the crisis cannot achieve positive outcome. In an interview to NBN TV channel, Mansour added that the Arab League charter and decisions should be adopted unanimously and Syria is a sovereign country, so direct interference in its internal affairs is against the international law. He reiterated that dialogue is the only solution to the crisis in Syria, pointing out that the Syrian government did not reject dialogue.
