The Lebanese Army attacked early Thursday a location for ISIS group elements in the outskirts of Arsal whereupon, according to a statement issued by Lebanese Army Command carried by National News Agency (NNA).

    The army managed to kill Fayez Shaalan and his bodyguard Ahmad Mrouweh and arrested a group security senior in the region Mohammad Mustafa Mousalli, added the statement The killed element joined battles against the Lebanese army in 2014 and prepared for many explosions against army locations, NNA reported.
