The Zaqaqziq Criminal Court on Wednesday sentenced 17 members of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood group to different terms in jail over charges of inciting violence and promulgating leaflets against the State institutions along with possessing explosive materials.

Eight of them were sentenced to lifetime term in jail while nine others were sentenced to three years in prison.

Three defendants were acquitted by court in the same case.
