Citizens of occupied Syrian Golan on Monday reiterated their full rejection of taking part in the so-called “elections of Local Councils” to which the occupation authorities want to impose, affirming their commitment to the Syrian Arab identity.
Participants in the demonstrations who marched through the streets of Majdal Shams and Ayn Qinyah village raised the national flags and slogans that condemn the elections, calling for unifying ranks to confront the repressive Zionist procedures which aim to create chaos and division among residents of the occupied Golan’s towns.
Meanwhile, families of occupied Baka’ata village issued a statement in which they renewed standing against the Zionist measures that aim at Judaize the Golan under fake democratic slogans.
