Attempts to smuggle cannabis to Saudi Arabia foiled

Attempts to smuggle cannabis to Saudi Arabia foiled.

Saudi Border guards in Jazan and Najran regions have recently foiled several attempts to smuggle 536.422 kilogrammes of cannabis to the country.


Saudi Press Agency (SPA) quoted the Border Guards' spokesman as saying that the attempts resulted in arresting nine Saudi nationals, 13 Ethiopians , seven Yemenis and one Somali.
