Egyptians back home from Libya via Salloum crossing

As many as 222 Egyptians have returned home from Libya via Salloum crossing over the past 24 hours, Marsa Matrouh security chief Hisham Nasr said on Saturday.

In a statement, Nasr said that out of all the returnees, 23 Egyptians had illegally traveled to Libya.

Meanwhile, travel procedures for 771 people, including 59 Egyptians and 712 Libyans, have been finalized, Nasr noted. 

As many as 102 trucks arrived at the terminal from Libya to be loaded with Egyptian goods, Nasr added.
