The speedy winger has revealed that his team-mates do not make comparisons between the trainers in charge of the Buccaneers.Orlando Pirates winger Tlou Segolela says he does not want to draw parallels between caretaker coach Augusto Palacios and his predecessor, Julio Leal.Speaking to KickOff.com, the Bucs player said a professional player should be able to adopt to any coach or system of play.Palacios, who like Leal prefers an attacking style, has been critical of the Bucs defence, following their 2-1 defeat at the hands of Free State Stars in the Nedbank Cup.\"Generally, the coaching methods are the same, but as players we do not compare coaches.\"We are professionals and we have been able to work well with the new coach. His is experienced and knows the club well,\" said Segolela. The winger says he will work hard to feature more prominently in the Bucs lineup as he hopes to catch the eye of European scouts.\"I have hopes to play in Europe. This will depend on the opportunity that I will get on the playing field.\"My goal is to continue working hard so that I make a strong impact,\" said Segolela.
