The Yemeni army has taken control of Tebti al Hamraa, al Madfoun and al Tebab areas in Sanaa's district of Naham.

The national army and resistance troops were able to liberate the areas from Houthi control, Al Arabia news channel quoted military spokesman Abou Mejali as having said.

Fierce clashes are still going on in Nahm, Mejali he added.
