Military source denies firing rockets by Houthi militants at Al Anad base

A military source at Yemen's Al Anad Air Base refuted on Sunday as baseless the news of firing rockets by Houthi militants at the military base in Lahij governorate.

In press statements to Aden Alghad newspaper, Spokesman for Al Anad Air Base Nasr Alkaid said that Arab coalition forces fired two rockets from Al Anad military base at elements of Al-Qaeda's "Ansar al-Sharia" organization west of Lahij.

Al Anad military base is the biggest air base in Yemen.
