Houthis prevented on Sunday Yemeni Planning and International Cooperation Minister Hisham Sharaf from entering the ministry’s headquarters in Sanaa city, Sky News quoted local sources as saying.

The pro-former president Ali Abdullah Saleh minister could not enter the ministry to perform his duties.

The militias besieged the ministry that is current run by a Houthis-appointed undersecretary.
