Arab warjets bomb Qaeda positions in Hadhramaut

The Saudi Arabia-led Arab coalition bombed late on Wednesday positions of Al Qaeda militant group in Mukalla, the capital of Hadhramaut province in southeastern Yemen.

The warplanes also targeted Al Dhaba oil terminal used by the militants as an outlet for smuggling and selling petroleum.

Sounds of strong explosions were heard after targeting Qaeda positions.

Bombing of Al Qaeda positions in the South either by the Arab coalition jets or US drones has been on the rise lately, the fiercest of which was the drone attack on Qaeda camp in western Mukalla last week that left 70 militants dead.
