Arab coalition fighter jets and Yemeni army artillery attacked positions of Houthis and forces loyal

Arab coalition fighter jets and Yemeni army artillery attacked positions of Houthis and forces loyal to former Yemeni president Ali Abdullah Saleh in Harad district in Hajjah province in northwestern Yemen.

The attack, which took place late on Wednesday, left 30 Houthis dead and destroyed an arms cache, according to the Media Center of the Fifth Military zone.

The Arab coalition has been fighting the Houthis since March 2015, after they overran the capital and drove south forcing internationally recognized Yemeni President Abedrabbo Mansour Hadi to flee the country.
