Some 26 Houthi militants, including a leader, were killed in clashes with popular resistance and joint forces west of Yemen's Marib.

Reports said that the Arab coalition and resistance forces managed to control new areas in Marib after expelling Houthis there and destroy several militias' mechanisms.

Meanwhile, the Yemeni army made extensive contacts with field leaders of the popular resistance and Arab coalition to coordinate about an imminent battle in Saudi Al Jawf region designed to expel Houthi militias.

Also, the Arab coalition jets raided several districts controlled by militants in Al Bayda Governorate, in conjunction with other raids on Houthi and Saleh hotbeds in Sanaa and Taiz.
