Two Yemeni soldiers were killed in a booby-trapped car in western Mukalla, the capital of Hadhramaut, early Sunday, a military source said.

A suicide bomber drove a booby-trapped car into a military checkpoint, killing two soldiers, Aden El Ghad newspaper reported.

This is an initial death toll that is likely to increase, the source added.
