At least 11 Houthi militants were killed and 18 others injured during clashes with Yemeni army and forces affiliated with the Public Resistance in Taiz.

While a Yemeni soldier was killed and 17 others were wounded during Thursday's unabated clashes, Houthi shelling on residential areas claimed lives of seven civilians, Public Resistance-affiliated sources said. 

The sources added that government forces managed to repel attacks by Houthi militants western and southern Taiz, forcing them to flee.
