Two rockets have exploded near the venue of Loya Jirga or the Grand Assembly in the Afghan capital, Kabul, as elders discuss the nature of future ties with the United States. 
Afghan officials said one civilian was injured in the Thursday attack. "It''s apparently rocket shots fired into Kabul," Kabul Police Chief Mohammad Ayoub Salangi said on Thursday.
