Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security (NDS) has arrested six suspects in connection with the suicide bombing in Khost province that left at least 20 dead and more than 80 others wounded.

A statement issued by NDS on Saturday said that the arrested terrorists belong to the Haqani terrorist network.

The statement added that the militants have confessed to their crimes.
