Five Taliban fighters were killed when they attacked a police headquarters in northern Afghanistan Tuesday, officials said, according to dpa.
One attacker blew himself up at the entrance and four others were shot dead, said Sayed Sarwar Hussaini, police spokesman for Kunduz province.
No police died, but 'an officer and a woman passerby were injured,' he said. 'The situation is under control now.'
