As many as four Daesh militants have been killed in an explosion in the province of Jawzjan, northern Afghanistan.

Daesh militants from Uzbekistan were killed while preparing an explosive device, said district administrative chief Aminullah Amin Sunday.

Armed groups in the country have made no comments on the incident.
