At least two police were killed and three others were injured Thursday when a truck bomb detonated in front of a police headquarters in eastern Afghanistan, dpa cited a local official as saying. "The incident occurred early Thursday morning, while a suicide bomber attacked a police headquarters in the Pachir-Aw-Agam district of Nangarhar province," said Ahmad Zia Abdulzai, the provincial governor's spokesman. The explosives were hidden in the truck, he said. "But civilians were not harmed in the incident." Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
