At least 19 civilians including children were rescued from a prison run by the loyalists of Daesh terrorist group in eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan, according to Khaama Press.

The civilians were released during an operation in Pacher Agam district conducted jointly by the Afghan security forces.

The officials further added that rescued civilians joined their family after the operation concluded in Pacher Agam.
