Israeli occupation forces arrested nine Palestinians in Jerusalem and Bethlehem

Israeli occupation forces arrested nine Palestinians in Jerusalem and Bethlehem in the occupied West Bank, among them a deputy of Jerusalem and two girls.
Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that the Israeli occupation forces has launched raids since last night, during which they arrested five Palestinians, after raiding their homes in Old Jerusalem, and turned them to the center of investigation and arrest.
Moreover, they arrested the exiled Palestinian member of Parliament Ahmed Mohammed Attoun, after raiding and searching his temporary residence in Al-Bireh.
In Bethlehem, the Israeli occupation forces arrested a young man in Dheisheh Refugee Camp and two girls from Husan town after raiding and searching their relatives homes.
The arrests carried out by the Israeli occupation forces during the past few days coincide with the Jewish holidays, resulting in the deportation of more than 20 young people from Old Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa Mosque for periods ranging from 15 days to six months.
