Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri denied Friday that his organization launched rockets at Israel last night.
"These allegations were designed to confuse the situation", he said.
Earlier, Israeli sources said that two rockets fired from Gaza landed in open areas in Eshkol Regional Council at 4 am.
An Egyptian-mediated three-day ceasefire expired on Friday's 8:00 am and was not agreed to be extended for further 72 hours.
