Seven young Palestinians were seriously injured Friday during clashes with Israeli occupation forces in a town, east of the West Bank city of Ramallah.

Local sources said that Israeli forces fired live ammunition, rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas at the Palestinians.

Dozens of Palestinians suffered from suffocation, the sources added.
