Two policemen were killed and another one was wounded after unidentified criminals opened a fire at policemen in the Dagestani town of Izberbash on Monday morning, a senior aide for the head of the Dagestani investigative department Alkhas Amirkhanov told Itar-Tass. During the search operation, law enforcers found on the outskirts of the town two devices that looked like makeshift explosives. It is not ruled out that criminals were possibly preparing terror acts, the aide said. Police are combing the area to find the criminals.
