The envoy of the Kuwait Red Crescent headed on Tuesday for southern Tunisia to oversee delivery of relief aid to Libyan refugees. The team will supervise distribution of food and health aid to 3,000 Libyan families that have settled in the Tunisian border region, according to \"KUNA \"news agency. Kuwait had sent in 17 tons of medical aid to the relocated Libyans.
