A co-production agreement was signed between the Algerian Agency for Cultural Influence (AARC) and the US \"Cinema Libre Studio\" company based in Hollywood (Los Angeles) for the production of a film on the life of Emir Abdelkader (1808-1883), said AARC in a statement, a copy of which reached APS Wednesday.
