Kuwaiti Minister of Health Dr. Hilal Al-Sayer paid a visit to the German Heidelberg University Hospital on Monday, accompanied by Dr. Mohammed Al-Mashaan, Director of Treatment Abroad Department and Director of the Health Office in Germany Dr. Suleiman Al-Herbish.Al-Sayer and his accompanying delegation toured the ancient hospital and became acquainted with its various sections and were briefed by heads of these sections about the hospital\'s sophisticated equipment and therapeutic means available.Al-Sayer also visited Kuwaiti patients receiving treatment in Germany and promised to give more powers to the office to serve their interest and facilitate their matters.The Minister also certified and praised the agreement signed between the Health Office and the Heidelberg University Hospital
