The Palestinian Authority Health Ministry is building a center to treat addicts in Ramallah, minister Fathi Abu Moghli said Wednesday. Abu Moghli told Ma\'an the center will have the capacity to house 70 male and 30 female patients as well as clinics and a library. It will be the first treatment center for addicts in Palestine. It will take around two years to build at a cost of $6 million. The Korea International Cooperation Agency is funding the project, the minister said.
