Chairman of the Supreme Health Council (SHC), Lt. Gen Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, tomorrow will open the first International Pediatrics Conference that aims to promote public health and improve preventive and therapeutic services.
The SHC Chairman, in a statement to Bahrain News Agency, pointed out Bahrain's keenness on attracting specialized medical conferences and international expertise, as well as organizing joint conferences to learn about the latest developments in pediatrics.
He stated that the Arabian Gulf University stages the event that will focus on the latest scientific developments in pediatrics, neonatal health, premature disease, digestive diseases, as well as child nutrition, blood, heart and urinary diseases.
