The Saudi Health Ministry said one person was diagnosed with the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS-Cov), known as corona virus while another was recovered.
In a statement Monday, the ministry said the number of people who died of the virus in the kingdom rose to 588 deaths since it appeared in there in 2012.
The number of infections also rose to 1,373 people after a new case was reported.
The ministry said that 784 cases have been discharged from hospitals, while eight others are still receiving treatment.
