Ugandan Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister Kahinda Otafiire left Cairo early Thursday, wrapping up a visit to Egypt during which he had talks with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
During the meeting with Sisi on Wednesday, the Ugandan minister suggested that Egypt would host the regional conference of the Pan African Movement.
Otafiire underlined that the challenges facing the African continent at the economic and security levels require further cooperation and coordination among African countries to overcome problems, fight terror and realize economic development.
