US President Donald Trump arrived on Thursday morning at the Orly airport south of Paris on a two-day visit.
During his stay in Paris, Trump will take part in Bastille Day celebrations and celebrations to mark the 100th anniversary of US involvement in the First World War.
Trump is scheduled to tour Napoleon's tomb at the Les Invalides before holding a session of talks with French President Emmanuel Macron at the Elysee Palace to discuss bilateral cooperation and a host of issues of mutual interest.
Later in the day, Trump and the first lady will have dinner with Macron and his wife.
